SL Women’s Fit
This model is also available in the SL version. The SL back length is specific for women: on average, women have shorter backs than men. The carrying system in the SL model is therefore somewhat shorter than in the deuter standard backpacks. In addition, the carrying system is specially adapted to the female anatomy. thanks to reduced contact surface of the back padding with special ventilation channels between them and breathable 3D mesh.
The benefits
The compact fit gives it stability, preventing load wobble over rough terrain. The padding with ventilation channels also has minimized contact surface, generating airflow across 80% of the back.
Made without PFAS
This product has been manufactured by deuter without the use of per- and polyfluorinated chemicals with the aim of reducing reliance on substances that are harmful to the environment and health.
PFAS are used, among other things, as a waterproofing finish due to their water, dirt and grease-repellent properties.
deuter now uses an environmentally friendly DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish that is harmless to human and animal health.
