Description

Built for deep snow days and big objectives, the Freerider 24 is a winter-specific pack designed for technical descents, alpine touring, and avalanche preparedness. A full back-panel opening gives you wide-open access to your gear, while a dedicated safety compartment keeps your probe and shovel ready at a moment’s notice. Carry skis diagonally or in an A-frame, or strap on a snowboard or snowshoes in seconds using the modular gear straps. Snow-shedding fabric and alpine-focused details round out a pack made for serious winter adventures.

Whether you're chasing powder or climbing couloirs, the Freerider keeps your backcountry gear dialed and ready.

ClimatePartner certified product

By increasingly adopting materials and technologies for our collections that have a smaller carbon footprint, we are taking positive steps toward reducing our CO² emissions. But despite our greatest efforts, it’s impossible not to generate any emissions at all. And so, we’ve teamed up with ClimatePartner to offset all unavoidable CO² emissions. From now on, when a deuter product is bought, the volume of emissions released by the manufacture and transportation of it will be compensated for through voluntary offsetting and targeted investment in select social and climate protection projects. Made without PFAS

Made without PFAS

This deuter product was manufactured by us without the use of per- and polyfluorinated chemicals. This reduces the use of substances that are harmful to the environment and health.

PFAS is used, among other things, as a coating for rain protection, as they have water, dirt and grease-repellent properties.

Instead, deuter now uses DWR (Durable Water Repellency) impregnation, which is harmless to health and environmentally friendly.
