I purchased the sleeping bag from a local specialty shop in October 2022 after a consultation. In the end, the price-performance ratio was the decisive argument for the alternatives in the shop and on my list. He was in action throughout November on a bike tour (1300km) across Germany and Switzerland. Since the weather was very mixed (24°C in the sun at noon, fog/rain at times just above 0°C & light frost at night), I used it every time I was in permanent accommodation to be on the safe side hung to dry. The coldest temperature I've slept in, sheltered from the weather but without a tent, was -5°C. It was toasty warm. To be on the safe side, I will only test on my balcony to see whether -10°C is still possible. Incidentally, for sleeping, I simply recommend long underwear made of pure merino wool and, for women like me, a pair of alpaca wool socks, a buff and something for the head, also without synthetic fibers - not least so that everything can breathe nicely. In this suit, I usually had the zipper (completely) open and the warming collar basically unlocked.
