Description

Our lightweight, durable travel wallet with large Velcro closure offers secure storage of money and important papers thanks to the long slip pocket as well as the bill compartment with Velcro and the coin compartment with zipper. Thanks to the integrated data protection film (RFID BLOCK), the wallet offers protection against data theft for up to three cards.
The wallet is equipped with two TÜV-certified Cryptalloy protection foils, which prevent unauthorized reading of RFID chips. The two protective foils are integrated into the fabric and are located in front of the first and behind the last card slot. To protect against data theft, the chip of the (credit) cards must be located between the two foils - in the card slots provided for this purpose. To do this, insert the (credit) card with the chip facing downwards into one of the three card slots.

600D PES

Woven from 600 denier polyester yarn and with a thick PU coating, this tear resistant and light fabric is highly versatile. Whenever it’s about keeping the weight of the backpack as low as possible with moderate stress, then this is the ideal solution. The “deuter Super Polytex BS” version is produced in compliance with the stringent bluesign® standard. Its features and stress factors are identical.

> D stands for Denier – a unit of measurement for yarn weight. 600D means that 9,000 meters of yarn weigh 600 grams. The higher the value, the more robust (and often heavier) the material.
> PES stands for Polyester. Polyester fibers are highly tear- and abrasion-resistant, easy to care for, and absorb very little moisture.
> PA stands for Polyamide (also known as nylon). Polyamide fibers are especially durable, elastic, and lightweight – ideal for textiles subject to high stress.
> REC stands for Recycled – the material is made entirely or partially from recycled resources.
> BS stands for bluesign®-certified – the material has been produced in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way according to the bluesign® standard.

Important information about our RFID BLOCK products:

Made without PFAS

This product has been manufactured by deuter without the use of per- and polyfluorinated chemicals with the aim of reducing reliance on substances that are harmful to the environment and health.

PFAS are used, among other things, as a waterproofing finish due to their water, dirt and grease-repellent properties.

deuter now uses an environmentally friendly DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish that is harmless to human and animal health.
