Top features of the Aircontact Pro 85+10
Effective configuration for clear organization
Various internal compartments offer practical organization for your gear. And outer pockets offer extra storage, and keep items clearly organized and within reach, such as tent poles. Spacious detachable hip fin pockets offer additional space – including for a 1.5-liter water bottle that slots neatly in a fold-out holster. Quick access via the front opening and through the spacious bottom compartment gives it added handling benefits. A detachable lid quickly converts into a day pack, with its own dedicated shoulder straps.
Adjustable back for a tailored fit
The VariSlide back length adjustment, snug-fitting VariFlex hip fins, and pivoting ActiveFit shoulder straps create a tailored fit no matter what the capacity. While Air Spacer mesh further enhances the carrying comfort. The Y-shaped aluminum frame combined with the lumbar pad transfers the load effectively, and full Air Spacer mesh covering gives it ventilation and carrying comfort.
Durable construction for reliability
Hard-wearing materials and tougher and bigger components make this backpack more robust against wear and tear, damage, and even weather impact. An important aspect on tough, self-supported journeys.

AIRCONTACT SYSTEM

Energy-saving carrying comfort
thanks to the precise ergonomics of the back system.
Good Ventilation
thanks to channels between the padding and the use of breathable 3D mesh.
The benefits
By distributing the load evenly, it saves energy and results in a more relaxed spine when carrying heavier loads. Effective ventilation across the back creates improved comfort and also saves energy.

Made without PFAS
This deuter product was manufactured by us without the use of per- and polyfluorinated chemicals. This reduces the use of substances that are harmful to the environment and health.
PFAS is used, among other things, as a coating for rain protection, as they have water, dirt and grease-repellent properties.
Instead, deuter now uses DWR (Durable Water Repellency) impregnation, which is harmless to health and environmentally friendly.

Green Button certified product
The Green Button is a government-run certification label for sustainable textiles. Everyone who aims to purchase socially and environmentally sustainable clothes should look out for the Green Button. There is currently no other label like the Green Button. It demands that mandatory standards are met to protect people and the environment. A total of 46 stringent social and environmental criteria must be met, covering a wide spectrum from wastewater to forced labour. Read more information here.

ClimatePartner certified product
By increasingly adopting materials and technologies for our collections that have a smaller carbon footprint, we are taking positive steps toward reducing our CO² emissions. But despite our greatest efforts, it’s impossible not to generate any emissions at all. And so, we’ve teamed up with ClimatePartner to offset all unavoidable CO² emissions. From now on, when a deuter product is bought, the volume of emissions released by the manufacture and transportation of it will be compensated for through voluntary offsetting and targeted investment in select social and climate protection projects. More information.

bluesign® product
Consumer products that carry the bluesign® product label conform to the strict safety and environmental requirements of the bluesign® system criteria. The textiles and accessories used to manufacture the products with the bluesign® approved label are produced in a way that saves valuable resources and has a minimum impact on people and the environment.
