Participation is subject to selection and a participation fee (self-beteiligung) of €199 per person.

Eligibility

Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland who are at least 18 years of age, hereinafter referred to as “Participants.” Participation is not limited to customers of the Organizer and is not contingent upon the purchase of any goods or services.

Employees of the Organizer and its affiliated companies, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the contest. Furthermore, the Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude individuals from participation if there are valid reasons to do so, for example

To participate in the deuter Trail Attack Alpine MTB Tour, applicants are expected and required to possess confident mountain bike handling skills and experience on technical trails, as well as a high level of physical fitness (including daily stages of up to 110 km and up to 2,600 meters of elevation gain, supported by lifts and shuttles where applicable). Participants must be in good general health and must not suffer from any acute respiratory illnesses, cardiovascular diseases, or musculoskeletal pain. The tour includes sections with alpine carrying passages requiring additional physical effort (approximately 500 meters of elevation gain on foot). Therefore, participants confirm that they are physically fit to complete such demanding conditions and are not aware of any health restrictions that would prevent their participation. Helmets are mandatory for the entire duration of the tour. Cycling gloves and additional protective gear (including knee and elbow pads) are strongly recommended. Participants must bring their own suitable enduro mountain bike (approx. 150 mm suspension travel, max. 13–14 kg) and appropriate equipment. Participants further confirm that they will immediately inform the organizer should any health-related issues arise between confirmation of participation and the start of the event. A participation fee of €199 per person applies (approx. value of package €1,050). This fee is non-refundable once participation has been confirmed. Reimbursement of any additional costs and/or payment of the participation fee in cash or equivalent value is excluded.
