CONTACT

The ergonomic back pads in the Contact system mould themselves to the contours of the back and thus distribute the weight of the load evenly. On the one hand, this protects your back and adds comfort, and on the other hand, it allows for loads to be easily carried close to the body. Free spaces between the pads create pleasant air ventilation, as well as the breathable and robust 3D Airmesh cover.

I am happy with the backpack. Even if it is heavy, you can still carry it easily. The lock is very useful for flying and backpacking. However, I recommend buying a few mesh zip packs as accessories. Because the three compression straps only hold the contents in place to a limited extent. A rain cover can't hurt either. Unfortunately, I got my backpack back from the baggage carousel at the airport already wet. If someone from Deuter is reading along: A second bottle holder on the daypack would not be bad. In hot countries you don't get that far with 0.5L of water. Or maybe a strap where you can hang a water bottle on it? All in all, I find the Access Pro 70 a successful travel backpack and would buy it again.
