The fabrics used for this model are made of post-consumer PET bottles.
By increasingly adopting materials and technologies for our collections that have a smaller carbon footprint, we are taking positive steps toward reducing our CO² emissions. But despite our greatest efforts, it’s impossible not to generate any emissions at all. And so, we’ve teamed up with ClimatePartner to offset all unavoidable CO² emissions. From now on, when a deuter product is bought, the volume of emissions released by the manufacture and transportation of it will be compensated for through voluntary offsetting and targeted investment in select social and climate protection projects. "The deuter Pulse 3 hip bag comes with a 5 L volume and makes a very well thought-out impression."
Conclusion: With the Pulse 3, deuter has a hip bag on offer that leaves little to be desired in terms of compartment and pocket layout and its interior. In addition to the well thought-out concept, there is plenty of storage space available and it is also easy to stuff. The fit is comfortable - only the waist strap could be padded. The sometimes ineffective compression straps should be borne in mind when buying and you should consider how much you usually carry. On the trail, the hip bag performs pretty well in the area of the ideal filling, above that it tends to wobble a little, below that the contents wobble in the bag. All in all, however, Deuter offers a fine hip bag for a fair price.
