Package, Notification, and Participation Deatils

One winner will be selected from all eligible entries. The prize includes participation for two people in the Multi-day Alpine Experience. The Multi-day Alpine Experience is a guided two-day alpine tour led by a certified mountain guide. It is expected to take place between October 8 and October 18, 2026. The exact date and final route will be determined by the Organiser based on weather, safety and mountain conditions, as well as the participants' level of experience. The tour may take place in various high-alpine regions of Switzerland, including the Bernese Alps, Valais Alps or Uri Alps.

The following equipment will be provided to both participants as part of the prize package:

  • Guide Backpack
  • Astro Pro Sleeping bag
  • First Aid Kit

The prize package further includes meals during the tour.

Travel to and from the meeting point, personal equipment not explicitly listed above, insurance, and any other personal expenses are not included and remain the sole responsibility of the participants.

The winner will be notified by email within two weeks after the application deadline. If the winner does not respond within the timeframe specified by the Organizer, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Participation is personal and non-transferable. Participation rights and included products cannot be exchanged, transferred to another person, or redeemed for cash. Cash payment of any reimbursement, product value, or participation value beyond the stated scope is excluded. Participants are solely responsible for any personal tax obligations that may arise in connection with the reimbursement, products, or participation in the program.

The Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary, route, schedule or included services if necessary due to weather, safety considerations, organizational requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If the experience cannot be carried out as planned, the Organizer may postpone, modify or cancel the experience, or provide a comparable alternative where reasonable. No cash compensation, reimbursement of personal expenses or claims for damages shall arise in such cases. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for the availability or quality of third-party services or for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.

Participants may withdraw from participation at any time prior to the start of the program by written notice. In the event of cancellation after confirmation, the right to participate expires. A transfer to another person or free rebooking is not possible.

The organizer expressly reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons, or to amend these terms and conditions of participation.
