Conditions of participation
Participation in the competition of Deuter Sport GmbH, Daimlerstraße 23, 86368 Gersthofen, Germany, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer", is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.
Eligible participants
Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg who have reached the age of 18, hereinafter referred to as "Participant(s)". Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
In addition, the organizer reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example
a) in the event of manipulation in connection with the implementation of the competition
b) in the event of breaches of these conditions of participation,
c) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.
Participation
Participation in the competition takes place via registration by the end consumer via the registration module on the deuter website.
Participation in the competition is via the form on the www.deuter.com/de-de/deuter/unsere-geschichten/newsletter_gewinnspiel website. Eligible to participate are persons residing in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg who have reached the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as "participants")
The campaign period for participation in the competition begins on 01.10.2025 at 00:01 (Berlin) and ends on 31.12.2025 at 11:59 (Berlin).
Only one submitted registration per participant will be entered into the competition.
Prize, notification and transmission of the prize
The following prizes will be awarded:
1 Duffel Pro Pack, item no.: 3510026 (color variant may be selected by the winner)
The winner will be determined after the closing date by drawing lots from all participants.
The winner(s) will be notified by the organizer by email within two weeks of the closing date. In the event of an undeliverable notification, the organizer is not obliged to make further inquiries and may determine a new winner. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours after notification of the prize, the organizer is also entitled to select a new winner.
The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner. It is not possible to transfer, exchange, collect or pay out the prize in cash. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award a substitute prize of an appropriate value if a prize described in these Official Rules is not available or cannot be awarded in whole or in part for any reason. If the actual value of the prize is less than any stated retail price, the difference will not be paid in cash. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the appearance, security or quality of the prizes. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.
Termination of the competition
The organizer expressly reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons, or to amend these conditions of participation.
Data protection
Personal data must be provided in order to notify the winners. The participating person assures that the personal details provided, in particular first name, surname and e-mail address, are true and correct. In the case of non-cash prizes, further personal data, such as address, will be requested from the winners after the end of the competition as part of the prize notification. The collection and processing of personal data serves exclusively to carry out the competition and, if applicable, to send the prizes. All data will only be stored for the purpose and duration of the competition and will be deleted at the end of the campaign, provided there are no statutory retention obligations.
Participants can obtain information about their data stored by the organizer at any time, object to the use of their data and request its deletion. A simple letter to Deuter Sport GmbH, Daimlerstraße 23, 86368 Gersthofen is sufficient for this purpose.

Facebook disclaimer
The competition is in no way connected to Facebook/Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook/Instagram. The organizer alone is the contact person and responsible party.
Liability
The organizer is not liable for damages caused by errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of the technical equipment and service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way during participation in the competition, unless such damages were caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the organizer (its organs, employees or vicarious agents). The above limitation of liability shall not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health or in the event of fraudulently concealed defects.
Applicable law
The competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
Severability clause
Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these conditions of participation. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes as close as possible to the economic meaning and purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.
