Process for returns

Please complete our online return form in full, attach the return label to your parcel, and send the items back to us. Returns sent without using our return process cannot be accepted.

Return period

You can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is free of charge – we will cover the cost of your return.

Refunds

Detailed information about refunds can be found in the Orders & Delivery section. To receive a full refund, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are currently not possible. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Received the wrong Item?

If you received an incorrect item, please return it using the standard return process and mark the return accordingly.

You can then place a new order for the correct product.
