At deuter, we have developed products in the EL (Extra Long) fit especially for tall people and equipment in the SL (Slim Line) fit adapted to the anatomy of women or petite people with narrow shoulders.
- Lightness: In order to reduce the weight of our products as much as possible, we save weight right from the start of production by using special materials. We focus on optimised cutting and ensure that we use as little material as possible. This results in particularly light yet very stable products that do not burden you with additional weight.
- Perfect fit: Working closely with athletes, our product developers are able to design our products to be as comfortable, functional, and back-friendly as possible.
- Sustainable: For us, sustainability means not only conserving natural resources, but also social responsibility. As a partner of the Fair Wear Foundation, among other things, we support our employees in the countries where our products are manufactured and promote fair wages and working conditions.
- Environmentally conscious: deuter does not use PFAS for impregnation in its bicycle backpacks and other outdoor textiles. These chemicals, which are harmful to health and the environment, are unfortunately still used too often because of their water- and dirt-repellent properties. All deuter products have been manufactured without PFAS since 2020, thus reducing the impact on the environment: The DWR impregnation still ensures that our textiles are water-repellent.
