Loops on the shoulder straps keep the carabiners of the via ferrata set close at hand. That, combined with the backpack’s compact, snug fit provides enhanced safety when climbing fixed-rope routes.

The innovative carrying system with narrow and high, extremely supple hip fins optimally transfers the weight of the load to the spring steel frame. Even in demanding terrain, alpine athletes have maximum control over the backpack and are safe on the move. Smart details such as a carabiner fixation on the shoulder straps also turn the Trail Pro into a via ferrata backpack with expertise.

The Airstripes back system with reduced contact surface and new, airy, quick-drying Air Spacer mesh is combined with perforated shoulder straps and hip fins to ensure not only maximum airflow but also fits snugly to the body for compact weight distribution – for a significantly more comfortable carry on any terrain.

FOR WOMEN: THE SL FIT

A special feature of the SL models, in addition to the narrower shoulder straps and the conical hip fin, is the women-specific back length. As women on average have a shorter back than men, the carrying system of the SL models is adapted to women's anatomy and has a shorter back length than the deuter unisex models.
