Conditions of participation for the Contest "via dinarica photo- and videoshoot"

Conditions of participation to contest for the participation in the deuter Aircontact Ultra photo & video shoot.


Organizer:


The organizer of this contest is deuter Sport GmbH, Daimlerstraße 23, 86368 Gersthofen, socialmedia@deuter.com ( referred to as "DEUTER" below).


Period of participation:


The entry period starts on 07.06.2023 at 12:01 am (Berlin) and ends once a suitablie candidate is found. DEUTER reserves the right to suspend the contest completely or temporarily.


Eligibility:


All persons who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. DEUTER, its partners and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors and employees, as well as their family members and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are not eligible to participate in the raffle.


Participation Requirements:


Prerequisite for participation in the contest is the "application video" ( hereafter "video").

The video must be made by the participant him/herself. Subsequently, the participant fills in the mandatory fields. By clicking the "SUBMIT" button, the data entered in the form is sent to DEUTER and the participation is completed.

Conditions for participation are the following:

    We are looking for a two-person team. (1x male and 1x female).
    Both of you must be based in Europe.
    You are only allowed to use a deuter Aircontact Ultra for the duration of the trip.
    Both of you must agree to the transfer of image rights.
    Images of the trek will be used for commercial purposes.

To be eligibable for receving the prize both of you must hike the Via Dinarica or substantial parts of it. Both of you will be required to sign a contract for the photo & video shoot. Both of you must agree to the transfer of image rights.


Each participant can only take part in the prize draw once. Any attempt by an entrant to enter more times than specified by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or other methods, including but not limited to commercial contest/competition subscriptions and/or entry services, will result in that entrant's registrations not being considered for prize selection. DEUTER will have the final decision on the participant's eligibility to be awarded a prize.


The participant must click on the checkboxes "Confirmation of age" and "Conditions of participation" to participate successfully. By doing so, the participant confirms to be at least 18 years old and to have read the conditions of participation.


By entering the contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts these Official Rules and agrees to DEUTER's decisions, which are final and binding in all respects. DEUTER is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries and the overall administration of prize products. Participants should contact DEUTER exclusively with any questions, comments or problems related to the contest.


Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services.
The participant is free to withdraw from participation at any time by sending a revocation to socialmedia@deuter.com. With the deletion of the data, the participation in the raffle is excluded.


Winner selection:


The winner will be selected by DEUTER. The winner will be selected by the person, who orginizes the Aircontact Ultra photo & video shoot.
The winner will be notified by e-mail. The winner must contact DEUTER within 82 hours of being notified by e-mail and declare acceptance of the prize.
If the winner does not report within this period, does not provide the required information, or if the prize notification is undeliverable, DEUTER is entitled to draw new winners.


Prize:


DEUTER chooses among all participants, who meet the requirements of paragraph 4, two person for the new Aircontact Ultra Shoot with the following prizes:
 

  • €2,000 as payment for the campaign shoot and image rights.
  • 2x Aircontact Ultra backpacks worth over €500.
  • 2x Astro Pro 400 sleeping bags worth almost €800.
  • 2x deuter accessories packages worth over €200.



Winnings cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or exchanged by the winner. DEUTER reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. This provision is final and binding and cannot be appealed. DEUTER makes no representations or warranties as to the appearance, safety or quality of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. DEUTER will not replace lost or stolen prizes. Failure to comply with the rules set forth in these Terms and Conditions will result in forfeiture of the prize.


Limitation of Liability:


DEUTER is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by the equipment or programming associated with the raffle or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries in the raffle. DEUTER assumes no responsibility for: misdirected or lost entries, errors, omissions, malfunctions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communications line failures, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries. DEUTER is not responsible for: Problems or technical malfunctions of telephone networks or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players due to technical problems or congestion on the Internet or on any website, or any combination thereof, including damage or harm to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading materials in the Raffle. The foregoing shall not apply if mandatory statutory provisions require otherwise. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

The data of the participants is exclusively available to DEUTER as the organizer. This raffle is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook Inc. and/or any of its affiliates.


Privacy Policy:


Participation in the raffle requires the processing of personal data (first name, last name, e-mail address and, if applicable, address in the event of a win) by DEUTER. The data will not be passed on to third parties beyond the dispatch. Responsible in terms of data protection is Deuter Sport GmbH, Daimlerstraße 23, 86368 Gersthofen. Severability clause:


Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, or should there be a gap in these conditions of participation, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In place of the invalid provisions or to fill the gap, an appropriate provision shall be made which, as far as legally possible, comes as close as possible to what the creators intended or would have intended according to the sense and purpose of this contract if they had considered the point.
