This product carries the Green Button for its textile components. deuter works with the Green Button, a German government-run certification label for textile products.
The Green Button sets social and environmental requirements for textile production and checks whether these requirements are met within the certification scope. It also looks at how the company works, including management and purchasing practices.

Made without intentionally added PFAS
PFAS, sometimes also referred to as PFCs, have been used in outdoor textile finishes for their water-, dirt-, and greaserepellent properties. Many PFAS are highly persistent and can accumulate in the environment over time.
Since 2020, deuter has used DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finishes without intentionally added PFAS. These finishes are selected in line with deuter’s chemical management requirements and applicable product safety standards.

Nicht durchdacht
Sobald man den Rucksack im Alltag nutzen will, folgt die Ernüchterung: - das Organizer-Segment ist eine Enttäuschung. Es gibt nicht einmal einen einfachen Stifthalter. Wofür eine Office-Einlage gedacht ist, wenn grundlegende Kleinteile keinen festen Platz finden, bleibt unklar. - fehlende Innentaschen: Es mangelt an durchdachten Fächern für Alltagskram (Taschentücher, Schlüssel, Kopfhörer etc.). Kleinigkeiten fliegen zwangsläufig lose im großen Hauptfach herum. Liebloses Frontfach: Das Fach an der Front ist extrem flach und bietet kaum echten Nutzwert. Fazit: Wer einen durchdachten Tages- oder Office-Rucksack mit praktischer Fächeraufteilung erwartet, wird von Deuter hier enttäuscht. Schade um das eigentlich gute Grundkonzept. Man fragt sich wirklich, in welcher Welt die Produktentwicklung lebt.
