The water-repellent Raincover I with PU coating and taped seams keeps out moisture. It comes in three colors (designed to match the activity at hand) and with reflective detailing for improved visbility. Drawcord secured, this rain cover is designed for 20- to 35-liter backpacks.

- D stands for Denier and describes the linear mass of the yarn: 9,000 m of 600D yarn weighs 600 g. The denier value alone does not indicate how robust the finished fabric is.PES stands for polyester.PA stands for polyamide (nylon).

This product carries the Green Button for its textile components. deuter works with the Green Button, a German government-run certification label for textile products.

Made without intentionally added PFAS
PFAS, sometimes also referred to as PFCs, have been used in outdoor textile finishes for their water-, dirt-, and greaserepellent properties. Many PFAS are highly persistent and can accumulate in the environment over time.
Since 2020, deuter has used DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finishes without intentionally added PFAS. These finishes are selected in line with deuter’s chemical management requirements and applicable product safety standards.
