CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION RAFFLE eoft 2025

Conditions of participation

Participation in the competition of Deuter Sport GmbH, Daimlerstraße 23, 86368 Gersthofen, hereinafter referred to as the "organizer", is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.


Eligible participants

Natural persons residing in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Luxembourg and Slovenia who have reached the age of 18, hereinafter referred to as "participant(s)", are eligible to participate. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.

 In addition, the organizer reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example.

a) in the event of manipulation in connection with the implementation of the competition,

b) in the event of breaches of these conditions of participation,

c) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

For the prize "2 Tickets for the EOFT 2025 Tour" all responses to the form will be collected and the winners will be chosen. 

Participation

Participation in the competition takes place via the form in in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Luxembourg and Slovenia who have reached the age of 18, hereinafter referred to as "participant(s)", are eligible to participate. 

Only public profiles will be entered into the competition. Participation is only possible until the closing date. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

The campaign period for participation in the competition begins on 05.09.2025 at 11:30 a.m. (Berlin) and ends on 19.09.2025 at 11:59 p.m. (Berlin).

Only one content piece per participant will be entered into the competition.

Prize, notification and transmission of the prize

The following prizes will be awarded:

Among the participants in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Czech Republic, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Slovenia, deuter gives away two tickets to the EOFT 2025. 

The winners will be determined after the closing date. The jury will be made up of representatives of the organizer.

The winner(s) will be notified by the organizer by Instagram Direct Message within two weeks of the closing date. In the event of an undeliverable notification, the organizer is not obliged to make further inquiries and may determine a new winner. If the winner does not respond within one week of being notified of the prize, the organizer is also entitled to select a new winner. If the date for the selected event has already passed or the event is sold out, the organizer does not guarantee to organize tickets for the desired location. In the event of a sold-out event, another event must be selected.

The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner. It is not possible to transfer, exchange, collect or pay out the prize in cash. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award a substitute prize of an appropriate value if a prize described in these Official Rules is not available or cannot be awarded in whole or in part for any reason. If the actual value of the prize is less than any stated retail price, the difference will not be paid in cash. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the appearance, security or quality of the prizes. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. The organizer will not replace lost or stolen prizes.

Termination of the competition

The organizer expressly reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons, or to amend these conditions of participation.

Data protection

Personal data must be provided in order to participate in the competition. The participant assures that the personal details provided, in particular first name, surname, e-mail address, birth date and country, are true and correct. In the case of non-cash prizes, further personal data, such as address, will be requested from the winners after the end of the competition as part of the prize notification. The collection and processing of personal data serves exclusively to carry out the competition and, if applicable, to send the prizes. All data will only be stored for the purpose and for the duration of the competition and will be deleted at the end of the campaign, provided there are no statutory retention obligations. 

In the event of a win, the winning person agrees to the publication of their name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winning person on the organizer's website and its social media platforms as well as reporting during and after the event (ski day tour) via the organizer's social media platforms and print products.

Participants can obtain information about their data stored by the organizer at any time, object to the use of their data and request its deletion. A simple letter to Deuter Sport GmbH, Daimlerstraße 23, 86368 Gersthofen is sufficient for this purpose.

Granting of rights by the winners

By participating in the competition, the participants undertake to grant the organizer the right to use photographs, images, videos or sound recordings of the winners taken during the deuter off-line days for publication and communication purposes in relation to the competition free of charge in the event of winning. The right of use is granted for an unlimited period of time.

Facebook disclaimer

The competition is in no way connected to Facebook/Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook/Instagram. The organizer alone is the contact person and responsible party.

Liability

The organizer is not liable for damages caused by errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of the technical equipment and service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way during participation in the competition, unless such damages have been caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the organizer (its organs, employees or vicarious agents). The above limitation of liability shall not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health or in the event of fraudulently concealed defects.

Applicable law

The competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

Severability clause

Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these conditions of participation. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes as close as possible to the economic meaning and purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.
