The tour details:
- When: September 11–13, 2026
- Where: STF Storulvån (start/finish) and STF Sylarna (overnight)
- Program:
Day 1 – Friday Arrival by night train. Breakfast, introduction and gear distribution at STF Storulvån. Run from Storulvån to Sylarna (~16 km). Sauna/yoga and shared dinner.
Day 2 – Saturday Full day in the mountains with skyrunning and technique on the Sylarna peaks. Sauna/yoga and a shared dinner prepared with Lina and Sanna.
Day 3 – Sunday Breakfast. Run back to Storulvån via Blåhammaren (31 km or 22 km shortcut; group split if needed). Closing lunch/waffle buffet and wrap-up. Return by night train.
Program may be adjusted due to weather or mountain conditions.
Your coaches
Lina & Sanna El Kott Helander – The Trail Twins
Trail running athletes, deuter Pro Team Sweden. Based in the Östersund/Åre region, they compete internationally in ultra- and skyrunning events. Their home mountains in Jämtland are where they train and recover between races.
They focus on technical terrain and elevation, with race experience across formats such as OCC (UTMB® World Series) and leading European skyraces.

Requirements for participants
Ability to run ~10 km in ~1 hour (flat terrain benchmark)
Experience in trail running; familiarity with elevation gain is an advantage
Physically fit and injury-free
Participants are expected to assess their level realistically.

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and over with residence in Sweden or Denmark.
