This insulation sleeve for a hydration tube and valve prevents liquids inside the tube from freezing in cold conditions. It is attached to backpack shoulder straps using hook & loop tabs. The zipper opening makes it quick and easy to fit onto the tube when in position.
- D stands for Denier and describes the linear mass of the yarn: 9,000 m of 600D yarn weighs 600 g. The denier value alone does not indicate how robust the finished fabric is.PES stands for polyester.PA stands for polyamide (nylon).

Made without intentionally added PFAS
PFAS, sometimes also referred to as PFCs, have been used in outdoor textile finishes for their water-, dirt-, and greaserepellent properties. Many PFAS are highly persistent and can accumulate in the environment over time.
Since 2020, deuter has used DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finishes without intentionally added PFAS. These finishes are selected in line with deuter’s chemical management requirements and applicable product safety standards.
