The shell fabric is made entirely from 100% recycled materials. The 360° distribution of high-loft hollowfiber fill and the soft lining fabric made of cotton blend creates a pleasant sleep-inducing environment inside the bag. Further comfort features include the pillow section, which can be zipped off (and washed separately) and the generous leg room. Material

High-Loft Hollowfibre

Synthetic hollow fibres are processed to create a filling fleece (by thermal bonding). To ensure good compression and high loft, silicone is added. Remarkable insulation rating, tear resistant and durable.

T/C cotton hybrid fabric

Cotton combined with polyester 65/35 (T/C Trevira/Cotton) is lighter and smaller in packing volume than pure cotton inner fabrics, yet still has a soft feel. It absorbs less moisture and dries more quickly.

D stands for Denier – a unit of measurement for yarn weight. 600D means that 9,000 meters of yarn weigh 600 grams. The higher the value, the more robust (and often heavier) the material.
PES stands for Polyester. Polyester fibers are highly tear- and abrasion-resistant, easy to care for, and absorb very little moisture.
PA stands for Polyamide (also known as nylon). Polyamide fibers are especially durable, elastic, and lightweight – ideal for textiles subject to high stress.
REC stands for Recycled – the material is made entirely or partially from recycled resources.
BS stands for bluesign®-certified – the material has been produced in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way according to the bluesign® standard.

THE COMFORT TEMPERATURE is based on the lowest temperature at which an ‘average’ woman (25 yrs. / 60 kg / 160 cm) can expect to sleep comfortably in a relaxed position. This range ensures a comfortable sleep, also for inexperienced users.

THE LIMIT TEMPERATURE is based on the lowest temperature at which an ‘average’ adult male (25 yrs. / 70 kg / 173 cm) can expect to sleep comfortably in a relaxed position. An experienced user can optimise the insulation qualities by his choice of clothing and further factors.

Extreme

THE EXTREME TEMPERATURE is a survival only rating for an ‘average’ adult woman. They won't be able to sleep, but they will remain alive for six hours without the risk of death by hypothermia. Nevertheless there will still be a risk of other damages (such as frostbite).

Made without PFAS

This product has been manufactured by deuter without the use of per- and polyfluorinated chemicals with the aim of reducing reliance on substances that are harmful to the environment and health.

PFAS are used, among other things, as a waterproofing finish due to their water, dirt and grease-repellent properties.

deuter now uses an environmentally friendly DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish that is harmless to human and animal health.
