The two-piece construction of this handlebar pack for globetrotting bikepackers, is made up of a lightweight, waterproof dry bag with roll-top closure at both ends, and a harness made from durable materials with a bungee cord and gear loops on the top that makes loading and unloading quick and easy during short rest breaks, because the dry bag can be detached while the harness stays on the bike. The durable straps on these bike bags feature hook and loop fasteners for secure positioning, and the spacers make it possible to mount them on a variety of frame sizes and tube diameters, including carbon bikes.
Disclaimer: Sand, dust and incorrectly packed bags can make the paint in contact areas become dull or scratched over time. To avoid any chafing, you can protect the frame or rack with foam inserts or protective film before attaching bags or panniers.

- D stands for Denier – a unit of measurement for yarn weight. 600D means that 9,000 meters of yarn weigh 600 grams. The higher the value, the more robust (and often heavier) the material.
- PES stands for Polyester. Polyester fibers are highly tear- and abrasion-resistant, easy to care for, and absorb very little moisture.
- PA stands for Polyamide (also known as nylon). Polyamide fibers are especially durable, elastic, and lightweight – ideal for textiles subject to high stress.
- REC stands for Recycled – the material is made entirely or partially from recycled resources.
- BS stands for bluesign®-certified – the material has been produced in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way according to the bluesign® standard.

This product has been manufactured by deuter without the use of per- and polyfluorinated chemicals with the aim of reducing reliance on substances that are harmful to the environment and health.
PFAS are used, among other things, as a waterproofing finish due to their water, dirt and grease-repellent properties.
