A handlebar pack for starting out in bikepacking, made from durable, recycled, bluesign® approved material with a bungee cord on the top to attach easy-access items, and with zippered side pockets, a spacious main compartment and reflective details. The durable straps, combined with spacers, make it possible to mount this handlebar pack on a variety of frame sizes and tube diameters, while the hook & loop closure keeps it securely in place.

Disclaimer: Sand, dust and incorrectly packed bags can make the paint in contact areas become dull or scratched over time. To avoid any chafing, you can protect the frame or rack with foam inserts or protective film before attaching bags or panniers.

Material

420D PA

The 420D polyamide fabric is extremely robust : thanks to the dense and extremely fine structure of the fabric, both of the polyamide fabrics are extremely tear and abrasion resistant. The double PU coating protects from moisture with a water column of 1500 mm.

100D REC PA HT BRIGHT

Lightweight and robust polyamide fabric. A high thread density ensures special strength. The ripstop structure is designed as a honeycomb structure and gives the fabric a special look.

D stands for Denier – a unit of measurement for yarn weight. 600D means that 9,000 meters of yarn weigh 600 grams. The higher the value, the more robust (and often heavier) the material.
PES stands for Polyester. Polyester fibers are highly tear- and abrasion-resistant, easy to care for, and absorb very little moisture.
PA stands for Polyamide (also known as nylon). Polyamide fibers are especially durable, elastic, and lightweight – ideal for textiles subject to high stress.
REC stands for Recycled – the material is made entirely or partially from recycled resources.
BS stands for bluesign®-certified – the material has been produced in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way according to the bluesign® standard.

With bluesign®-certified body fabric made of 100% recycled materials and resource-saving components from 100% environmentally friendly production, the pack meets the highest standards and is a clear statement of our commitment to sustainability.

The durable straps on these bike bags feature hook and look fasteners for quick adjustments and secure placement. The packs come with spacers that make it possible to mount them on a variety of handlebar styles.

This product has been manufactured by deuter without the use of per- and polyfluorinated chemicals with the aim of reducing reliance on substances that are harmful to the environment and health.
