With its stylish retro look and top-loader access, the Scula holds bluesign® product status and is made using 100% recycled fabrics, with all components manufactured to the highest environmental standards. The lumbar pad ensures the load is spread evenly across the musculoskeletal system and allows the pelvis to move freely. Ergonomic shoulder straps, an adjustable sternum strap, detachable waist belt and stabilizer straps work together to keep the weight of kids’ books etc. close to their body and enhance the ergonomic carry comfort.

Ideal usage
- D stands for Denier – a unit of measurement for yarn weight. 600D means that 9,000 meters of yarn weigh 600 grams. The higher the value, the more robust (and often heavier) the material.
- PES stands for Polyester. Polyester fibers are highly tear- and abrasion-resistant, easy to care for, and absorb very little moisture.
- PA stands for Polyamide (also known as nylon). Polyamide fibers are especially durable, elastic, and lightweight – ideal for textiles subject to high stress.
- REC stands for Recycled – the material is made entirely or partially from recycled resources.
- BS stands for bluesign®-certified – the material has been produced in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way according to the bluesign® standard.

The Green Button is a government-run certification label for sustainable textiles. Everyone who aims to purchase socially and environmentally sustainable clothes should look out for the Green Button. Made without PFAS
This product has been manufactured by deuter without the use of per- and polyfluorinated chemicals with the aim of reducing reliance on substances that are harmful to the environment and health.
PFAS are used, among other things, as a waterproofing finish due to their water, dirt and grease-repellent properties.
deuter now uses an environmentally friendly DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish that is harmless to human and animal health.

Toller Rucksack, das Design ist eher schlicht gehalten und die Aufteilung ist auch super. Der Rucksack sieht nicht wie ein typischer Schulrucksack aus und eignet sich auch gut, um ihn außerhalb der Schule zu nutzen. Auch das Hauptfach über den umlaufenden Reißverschluss zu öffnen gefällt mir, das gibt einen guten Überblick über den Inhalt. Einziger und aus meiner Sicht recht großer Kritikpunkt sind die schmalen und kurzen gepolsterten Schulterträger. Durch das schlichte Design könnte der Rucksack eigentlich lange genutzt werden, aber so wird er recht schnell unbequem zu tragen, sobald man etwas größer ist. Leider gibt es im Deuter-Sortiment keinen vergleichbaren Rucksack, dessen Hauptfach sich mit einem umlaufenden Reißverschluss oder ähnlich öffnen lässt und einen stabileren Boden hat als z. B. der Giga.

Top au niveau de toutes les poches, les bretelles sont confortables. Cependant, vide, le sac est lourd. C’est le seul point négatif.
