Sleeping bag washing instructions
Sleeping Bag SYNTHETIC After every use, Sleeping Bags should be aired out and dry before storing. You should only wash a sleeping bag when absolutely necessary. Each washing procedure reduces the isolation. Using an inlay enhances the product life. Wash either by hand or in a large front loading washing machine. Handle the bag carefully when wet. Press - don't wring - the water out. Zip the bag before washing. All bags should be dried in an oversized dryer (washing by hand is recommended). Synthetic-fill bags may be washed using mild soap or detergent, and fabric softener may be used. Process the bag through another wash cycle - without soap - to completely rinse it. Clean stains and spills off with a sponge in lukewarm water when they occur. Tumble dry a synthetic-fill bag on low heat level, 30°C. It can also be dried outside. Lay flat to dry! Do not hang up! Never store a sleeping bag in its stuff sack or tightly compressed. Sleeping Bag DOWN After every use, Sleeping Bags should be aired out and dry before storing.
